Usa asentimientos verbales (*verbal nods*).
• "I hear you, Mr. Jenkins. Please go ahead, I am taking notes of everything you say."

A — Apologize (Disculpa Sincera e Institucional)

• "I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this delay has caused you."

• "Here is what I am going to do right now to rectify this error for you."

• "Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention so we could fix it for you."

I / We apologize + for the trouble that + this issue has caused + to your account / service

• Ejemplo: "I apologize for the trouble that this billing mismatch has caused to your service."

Fórmula B: Declaración de Validación Empática (Understood Emotion)

I understand + how frustrating + this situation must be + for you

• Ejemplo: "I completely understand how frustrating this service outage must be for you."
